When we learned we were going to be on TV, we were both nervous and stoked. On the one hand, have you ever watched yourself on film? Not necessarily a pretty sight. But on the other hand... we're going to be on TV!
The Food Network's Rahm Fama tapped Chef Chris for his show Meat & Potatoes for obvious reasons - Chris knows about 101 delicious things that can be done with a wild boar alone, let alone a humble hamburger. And when he learned Rahm was a self-described "meat nerd," it was all over. We'll be having a viewing party at the bar after the episode airs Friday night. Come see Chris show off his chops and determine for yourself whether he is really as awful as he claims to be onscreen. Plus, you can have the instant gratification of eating what you see, and for cheap: BLT cocktail & Quail-in-a-jar, featured on the show, will both be available, and we'll offer $5 BLT cocktails (basil, lemon and tomato in a glass, plus bacon salt) and an amuse bouche of pork rinds for all. You'll never think of the words "TV dinner" the same way again.
