Goose and pheasant terrine with black truffles, and chestnuts served with cranberry mustard, greens and shaved beets, $10
Warm goose confit salad with poached duck egg, goose bacon, frisee, walnuts and black garlic vinaigrette, $12
Roasted goose breast with seared foie gras, brown buttered potatoes, dried plums, apricots and kale, $27
