
Chef Chris put together an unusual and fun - and affordable - menu for December 24. The Spirits of Christmas Eve menu takes you on a journey through antiquated, current and futuristic cuisine. Choose one of each ghost, $35 per person.
This menu is by reservation only so make sure to call early to get a spot.
Ghost of Christmas past
• Prawn cocktail with shaved iceberg lettuce, cocktail sauce and lemon
• Roman-style tripe: braised tripe in a tomato broth with parmesan and mint
• Waldorf salad with apples, celery, bibb lettuce, walnuts and special dressing
Ghost of Christmas present
• Locally raised rabbit with house-made pancetta, fried sage, radicchio, brown butter and organic polenta
• Spinach cavatelli with trumpets of death, roasted shallots, kale, porcini cream and pecorino
• Grilled sturgeon with Brussels sprouts, roasted cauliflower, squash, black garlic and beurre fondue

• Ginger mango baked Alaska
• Salted caramel ice cream with chocolate-peanut butter dirt and almond tuile
• Chocolate espuma with double-fudge brownie and espresso
