Terrines To Go


Not that there's anything wrong with green bean casserole (at least one of us is secretly a fan), but maybe it's time to graduate to a new signature holiday dish - ours. Now through New Year's, we're making terrines-to-go that you can pick up for your potluck or holiday meal. Made to order by Chef Chris, the terrines come in the three flavors below. Whole terrines are 3.5 lbs; you do the math for splits.

Pork terrine with pistachios and dried cranberries wrapped in chard
Whole terrine $25, serves 10-12
Half $18, serves 5-6

Foie gras terrine with cognac aspic
Whole terrine $120, serves 15-20
Half $65, serves 8-10
Quarter $35, serves 4-5

Duck and pheasant terrine with chestnuts, dried cherries and duck liver
Whole terrine $40, serves 10-12
Half $25, serves 5-6

All we need is 72 hours' advance notice.

So please, just put down the can opener.
