Christmas Eve Cocktails

One more thing about our Christmas Eve dinner: We're doing cocktail pairings for a very spirited evening indeed. You can view the full dinner menu here. The dinner menu is $35 for three courses, and cocktail pairings are $20.

These are the cocktails:

Ghost of Menus Past: campari, orange, and mint granita topped with prosecco in a flute, garnished with an orange peel

Ghost of Menus Present:

For the rabbit: Bulleit bourbon perfect Manhattan served in a port-rinsed martini glass, stirred with a cherry

For the cavatelli: rye whiskey, Aperol, Imbue vermouth, stirred in a vintage cocktail glass with a lemon peel garnish

For the sturgeon: aquavit, lingon berry preserve, lemon juice, shaken and served up in a martini glass with a cherry garnish

Ghost of Menus Future:
If you want cold: hazelnut brandy egg nog, shaken and served in a vintage glass with nutmeg garnish

If you want hot: clove-infused bourbon, Benedictine, coffee, and orange whipped cream, served in an Irish coffee mug, topped with orange whipped cream and orange zest
