New Year's Eve Cocktail Menu

More cocktail pairings! Here are the liquid menus for New Year's Eve. There's a flight of bubbly drinks to get you in the New Year's mood, as well as a collection of food-friendly cocktails to match with each course of the NYE prix fixe dinner menu, including dessert. Bubbly Flight

First
Strawberry/blackberry/cranberry vodka, yellow Chartreuse, lemon juice and Champagne

Second
Aquavit, grenadine-soaked sugar cube, Champagne

Third
Aperol, satsuma, Prosecco


Cocktail Pairing

First
Gin, Meyer lemon, fresh thyme, Agrumato lemon-infused olive oil droplets

Second
House spiced rum, Triple Sec, lemon, served "cable-car" style, up with powdered sugar

Third
A new riff on the Picon punch: Bourbon, Trader Tiki's passionfruit, lemon and soda on the rocks with a Cassis rinse

Dessert
Gilded pear brandy, Drambuie, Torani Amer, lemon. Our house pear brandy meets new friends.
