Big news: We just got invited to host a dinner at the James Beard House in New York. This is a huge honor to us and especially to chef Chris Carriker, who is excitedly crafting the perfect menu to serve to the Beard House folks, possibly the most exacting foodies in the country. It would be a shame to serve such a special feast only once, so we'll be doing it here at Gilt Club before Chris ships out to NYC. Keep an eye on the blog for dates and menus.
