Chef's Table Feasts for Big Nights

If you have a special occasion, make it truly special. We're offering some really unusual menus for small groups that go way beyond anything on our (already pretty amazing) dinner menu. Or actually, don't wait until you have something to celebrate, because what's on the table might steal the show. It's really differerent from normal restaurant experiences and Chris is stoked to be able to flex his creative muscles. Menus will change seasonally but will always be lavishly decadent and slightly daring. True to Gilt Club style, the feasts will highlight beautiful meats and fish. Each presentation is formatted differently, but all include a seasonal dessert. Just call 48 hours in advance, and the following feasts could be yours:

“The Whole Hoof” – braised beef shank cooked for 18 hours alongside pommes de terre, parsley salad with house-cured pancetta and lemon and trotter cake, roasted bone marrow with grilled bread, and tripe stewed in tomatoes with mint and parmesan.

“Gone Hoggin’” – 12 close friends can pitch in to enjoy a slow-roasted piglet served family style with a bevy of sides and sauces.

Whole fish baked in sea salt, accompanied by fresh and vibrant fish and vegetable sides.

Call 503-222-4458 or email info@giltclub.com to make reservations.
