Colin,
the mythical Gilt Club chicken made famous by IFC's Portlandia, has certainly caused a rustle in the barnyard. First Portlandia, then the New York Times, and now Fox 12 is in on the hype, airing a video of Chef Chris showing correspondent Stephanie Kralevich how to cook the notorious bird. As a result, we have become more convinced of a couple of our core beliefs: Duck fat really does make everything better, and no matter how well you were brought up, we all end up in the same place.
